My biggest complaint about this dealership is the finance dept., I didn’t receive all of my finance papers When i left the dealership that day, missing was the itemization of amount financed which showed a $ dept., I didn’t receive all of my finance papers When i left the dealership that day, missing was the itemization of amount financed which showed a $500 charge i didn’t approve. I had to ask 2 times to get this sent to me! When did receive it was 4 days later, which by then it was to late to return the car for a full refund! I am not at all pleased with the upper management at Clay Cooley VW! I feel this was an underhand trick by them to make more money off of my deal! This little stunt by the finance person added $10.82 a month to my payment a total of $649.20 for the 60 months ($149.20 in finance charges!) Also the title application sales abd use computation dont addup right! If your financing your car at the dealership, BUYER BEWARE! They also didn't do a make ready on my car expect run it through the carwash! I have owned the car for 3 weeks and in that time its been in the shop for a week! The only person at the dealership worth anything was my salesperson Ben Blewusi! I have owned 27 cars in my life time and NEVER had anything like this happen before and I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR AGAIN FROM ANY CLAY COOLEY DEALERSHIP! 'DON'T COME SEE CLAY!' More
