Ulises helped us trade in our old lease and get a new one. He has knowledgeable and walked us through the process. It was as pleasurable of a car leasing experience as possible. I do wish their was more one. He has knowledgeable and walked us through the process. It was as pleasurable of a car leasing experience as possible. I do wish their was more transparency in the process. More and quicker customer back and forth should be able to occur. Tt is 2024 and we should be able to adjust financial and etc before coming into the dealership. This would streamline time and energy. More

I took my car in for a second time to try to get a recall service performed. After I said that I didn’t want any extra services performed, all of a sudden my seat was broken and the recall could not be perfo service performed. After I said that I didn’t want any extra services performed, all of a sudden my seat was broken and the recall could not be performed till I paid $1,500 for the seat to be fixed. The seat was not broken when I brought it in that morning. This is unbelievable and I will take my car somewhere else and forget the recall. Why issue recalls if they are just going to cause more problems with your car. This is gouging!!! More
