This is the absolute worst dealership ever! ! Both the general manager Chris and the lease sales manager Shannon are snakes. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to the car busines ! Both the general manager Chris and the lease sales manager Shannon are snakes. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to the car business and they have no problem with lying to you! They made many mistakes through the whole process That I’m still having to deal with months later. The finance manager, Christy has no clue what she is doing either. So beware and do not for any reason buy a car from this dealership!! Because of this experience, I’ve had I will probably never buy another Volkswagen again and I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. More

This has honestly been one of the worse experiences I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. Truly heartbroken as I type this because this is not how I expected things to go. Coming in with the idea that I’ve dealt with a Volkswagen dealership before; assumed I would be receiving the same customer service but apparently in Texas things are totally different and salesman are only worried about selling the vehicle not at all taking in consideration the impact it will have on the customer. I started off with Lewie as my salesman who seemed like a good person but turned out it was all about a sale. I was pretty much told this is what I qualify for take it or leave it. I was open to several different scenarios considering my wants, needs and qualifications. I closed the deal and left not at all feeling secure or pleased with my purchase but I needed a new vehicle. Thinking that was the end of things I was contacted by the dealership informing me that my vehicle did not have a up-to-date state inspection and needed to be brought back. I later realized there were other things on the vehicle that also needed service. I came to the conclusion that I was settling. I did not love the deal or the vehicle and wanted to follow through with the seven day exchange or trade policy however with the “help” of Alvin I realized that would only put me in a worse situation and he seem to care none at all. I am voicing my experience so no one else will make the mistake I made & regret purchasing from Clay Cooley VW park cities. More

Deceitful Sale Once Paperwork Signed. I purchased 2022 Jetta over two months ago. I still have not received an activation link to the mandatory Connect & Protect accessory sale for $995. I contacted via voice mails/text messages their financing department. They don't even return any messages. I stopped by in person on Friday 10/30/22 and waited 1 hour in the lobby after talking to the used car manager but no one from Finance Department bothered to show up. I left as I had to take my daughter to work. At this point, I want my money back. It seems they "forget" to provide service for this sale on purpose so they can make extra profit. I am sure there are many customers who may forget or don't even track about this accessory sale after the paperwork is signed off. Imagine the amount of profit they make without accountability. Do not buy cars from this dealership. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Dept of Motor Vehicle, BBB, and Texas Attorney General's Office for their unethical business practice. Don't fall trap to their sales tactics. The salesperson I bought car from does not even work there anymore. Talk about the turnovers! There's no customer service, there's no management accountability. This is a total circus over there. I have bought many cars from several dealers but this is not the dealership one should go to and spend their money on! Be careful what you get into, that's all! More

Bought some parts for my VW from Cooley VW. It took way longer than they promised for the parts to come in. They didn't call me when they arrived. When I got there to pick up the parts, it took It took way longer than they promised for the parts to come in. They didn't call me when they arrived. When I got there to pick up the parts, it took quite a while to find them. I asked if someone could show me how to put these exterior parts on the car but they said they were too busy (looking at their phones). I spent over $400. The dealership went way downhill when it transferred to Cooley ownership. More

Very poor diagnostic skills, like backwoods mechanics they replace parts w/o having understanding of bigger picture. BEWARE! ! I found a vehicle on true car from Clay Cooley, had a clean car fax with no imperfections listed online. I called to make sure vehicle was damage fr ! I found a vehicle on true car from Clay Cooley, had a clean car fax with no imperfections listed online. I called to make sure vehicle was damage free, was assured twice that it had no imperfections. Vehicle was a 2020 with 10k miles on it. I flew out to get this vehicle and upon arrival the whole back door on passengers side was obviously damaged. Salesman said he never saw it when he supposedly looked twice. Since I flew in on a Saturday I was stuck and had to make a deal to get home. I should have got a taxi and just left instead of buying the vehicle bc I had to get home they reimbursed me $75 of the $2400 it costs to fix it as there was more damage once inspected by auto repair place. Don’t waste your time or money at this dealership. More
