I was contacted and then scheduled for a recall on my car and it took the day off work, 3 hours after dropping my car off i was told they did not have the piece my car needed. Also i have been asking the ser and it took the day off work, 3 hours after dropping my car off i was told they did not have the piece my car needed. Also i have been asking the service department to check for some issues my car is having and apparently there not time for that. I was told it wold take days and when when i ask for a rental to drive for those days the guy said i have to wait weeks for that. When its about selling cars the customer service is good but horrible when it comes to service your car. More

I bought the vehicle it was sent to service for a low tire service said it was fine after I got home I had to have the tire looked at it had a screw in it so great service department "not". Came back 5 times for a windshield change. Had to come back once when car was literally cranking when I drove a few blocks, ultimately "fixed", but oil all over the driveway overnight.
