Overall the experience was good. The alignment was done on the car before I took delivery, which is what I requested. I thought every dealership gave you a full tank after buying a car. I guess Park Cities Volkswagen doesn't believe in that. I would have given all the ratings a "great" but not having gas in a car you just drove off the lot didn't sit well with me. More
