The dealership itself is very nice clean. Only went there for a diagnostic reading for an older vehicle. Reason for the rating is that I paid for a detailed diagnosis of the vehicle that I never received that is needed for court on a vehicle that was sold with a bad engine. Vs providing me with said report I was given the run around that it couldn’t be printed or something about the system. Once I got the actual report to show in court it wasn’t even a good copy. Now I have to go to another dealership to have the report for a diagnostic run again further delaying the paperwork that I need as evidence on returning the vehicle back to the dealership. More
