Scheduled appointment for one o'clock for a state inspection didn't leave until close to 3pm. The reason was they said I came when the inspection techs went to lunch. That is not an acceptable reason More

This is an accurate account of my first experience at this dealer. Car was bough at clay cooley Richardson. They stated it should be 90 minutes. I went to get food and an hour later my car had not moved. I was very disappointed. I would have taken the car to Don Herring Mitsubishi. If I knew it would have taken this long. I have taken my vehicle there since 2012
