They're unreasonable and didn't want to be responsible for their mistakes!!! My car had been in the shop twice and too long when I had only bought it in November 24!!! The car was in service for over 3 weeks for a simple software update which is What we were told was the problem. The car came back very dirty dusty inside as the windows were left down for some time. software update which is What we were told was the problem. And what was more frustrating is we left 2 messages for our service writer and I personally called a 3rd time to leave a message for the service manager of which neither of them called us back. Very frustrating. Providing a rental car was helpful so at least we had transportation for the 3 weeks. More
