I tried to buy an 80k truck with a credit score of over 800. The finance person told me 8% would be my loan rate. I argued and then he came up with 7.1%. I said ok I'll just pay cash for the truck. Clay -Maxey said you can do that but the truck will be an extra $3,000. They are more concerned with lining their own pockets than helping their customers. Due to shop error, I spent a sleepless night worrying about how I was going to get my van towed back to the deanship the next day after a significant transmission fluid leak was discovered when I parked about how I was going to get my van towed back to the deanship the next day after a significant transmission fluid leak was discovered when I parked my van in my garage. I then spent over an hour trying to find a tow service. I was unable to get through via phone to the dealership for an hour. My auto club service could not find me a tow. I spent about 5 hours at the dealership waiting for the repair to be redone correctly. Then I was insulted by offering me a free oil change (I had just has an oil change the day before). And I told the service manager that. If they were really sorry for the error and inconvenience, they could have refunded 10% of my very sizable bill for work poorly done the day before. More
