This place is so foul. Bob was a good person to take care of you but the manager George is a peach. We received a car from them on a Thursday the car started running hot Sa Bob was a good person to take care of you but the manager George is a peach. We received a car from them on a Thursday the car started running hot Saturday. Then we let it sit all day Saturday after that. We took the car to the store down the road it ran hot we left it there for 30-40mins tried to make it home and the car ran hot and cut off. We called them Monday they towed it. Now he said that the car coil was messed up on the car that he wasn’t go fix it nor was he go put us in another car. So we asked for the 1100 back that we put down on it he said now. He said that he have a paper in the paper work saying that if it runs hot he can cancel our warranty. Now Bob was go put us in another car but George said no. He said it’s up to his discretion to cancel our warranty. So it’s been 2weeks now since we been without a car and he said that we have to pay for the motor and that it would b 3000 but we have to pay 1500 to get the car back. Now how did we mess up the motor if we had it for 2 /3 days and it ran hot that fast. Then he want give us a refund nor another car which is not far. This place is bs and not right at all More

Check Your Balance everyday BUYER BEWARE. LONG STORY SHORT PAID 3X FOR 2010 BEFORE TRADING IT OFF. DON'T TRUST THE NUMBERS THEY GIVE THEY WILL LIE ABOUT THE BALANCE. JUST AN FYI BUYER BEWARE. Scammed Their mechanics replace parts that don't need replacing. They charged me for a cat converter $800 that didn't need replacing. My purge valve has been bad, still is, causing my fuel gauge to read improperly and was causing a p0420 code to pop up. The mechanics at Custom auto, don't know what they are doing. Clean cars has not made me satisfied customer and I'm looking into the Attorney General Office. Do not, I repeat, do not purchase any vehicle from this place. I lost my job due to their mechanics taking over a month to fix a problem that they didnt even solve. I'm so tired of clean cars. The people there are nice but that's it. Nothing good about the cars or their mechanics. Such a bad experience for this unsatisfied customer. More
