The truck checked out fine and Jennifer, my assigned Service Advisor went over every line item in detail and made recommendations on upcoming services. I will definitely be taking my truck back to Clear Lake Nissan for further services. More
Zach Brown is an excellent service advisor. He listens & cares about his customers. He took great care of my Rogue today, as always. Thank you. He listens & cares about his customers. He took great care of my Rogue today, as always. Thank you. More

Do not do it. The people in the service department treat you like GARBAGE. You might like the cars in the showroom, but you will live to regret it. I don't have The people in the service department treat you like GARBAGE. You might like the cars in the showroom, but you will live to regret it. I don't have time for my entire tale of woe lasting for 3 months. This car never should have been sold: the electrical systems don't work. --And the mechanics are rude, scornful, disrespectful, uncommunicative....and act as if they are doing you a personal favor by keeping you waiting in the waiting area day after day, as you miss work, and finally go seek an update, when they meander out, yawning or eating, only to say you'll have to come back some other day, "it's still being worked on" (i.e., they forgot they had it back there). Don't put yourself through it. Find another make of car, or, if it MUST be Nissan, NOT this dealership. More

I brought my 2020 Nissan Rogue to Clear Lake Nissan on July 1 at 7:30 AM for an oil change. I always take my car to this dealership, which is where I purchased it, for all maintenance. Whenever I go in fo July 1 at 7:30 AM for an oil change. I always take my car to this dealership, which is where I purchased it, for all maintenance. Whenever I go in for an oil change, they typically provide a list of recommended repairs. This time, I arrived with my AC running on low, but when I left, the AC was blasting on high. I am concerned about what was done to my AC unit, especially since they claim they didn’t touch it, yet my car was in their care for four hours just for an oil change. Later, I was informed that my AC unit was broken. The location where the mechanic plugged in the connection is also where the AC unit needs to be repaired. I work at NASA alongside engineers and mechanics, and I had them run diagnostics on my car. The results, which I have attached, show that the AC has an electrical malfunction. I am frustrated that Clear Lake Nissan did not identify this issue, and I believe the problem occurred while my car was in their care. I expect Clear Lake Nissan to take responsibility and fix the issue. It is upsetting to take my car in for a simple oil change and leave with a new problem, only to be blamed as the car owner. If engineers at NASA can diagnose the electronic issue, I do not understand why Clear Lake Nissan is unable to do the same. More
