GREAT EXPERIENCE! I made an appt. online for the next day for A/C issues and received a text message in less than 10 minutes from my assigned Service Rep., Jen. I made an appt. online for the next day for A/C issues and received a text message in less than 10 minutes from my assigned Service Rep., Jen. Jen arranged for my rental car which I had within minutes of arriving at the dealership and check-in / check-out was fast and efficient with Julian (a very nice guy). Since I am new to Clear Lake Nissan, the service process was explained to me and Jen let me know I would receive text messages with each step as service progressed on my car. A video with my car issues was sent to me and the estimated cost of the repairs. I have never received a video before, this is new to me and I really like it. Jen took care of all the extended warranty approvals and had my car fixed and ready for pick up by the end of the 2nd day. This is the best experience I have had with car repairs at a dealership and should my car need work in the future, I'm definitely coming back here. From the moment I spoke to the sales rep, Erik, who ended up selling my vehicle, provided EXCELLENT service. The manager to the finance rep to even the customer service team amazing. They treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted and let me go home with the vehicle of my choice. So if you’re looking for a good dealership to buy a Nissan go here. More

Their people lack information about the promotions they send today, I was an hour before they opened to be one of the first customers, however when it was my turn I told them that I forgot my brochure at h send today, I was an hour before they opened to be one of the first customers, however when it was my turn I told them that I forgot my brochure at home to change my oil and filter for 34.95 and They told me that I had to bring my brochure since this service was for 88.00 dlls. They made me go home again and bring them the brochure so that they could do this service for me. I had to go back and get wet and wet my unit inside since the weather was rainy. I really lost a lot of time and the weather conditions make me see that it is a terrible service that has been given to me on this occasion. I apologize for being so sincere with my comment but I am a disabled person and it is more difficult for me to do all this and alone due to lack of information and judgment on their part. In the end they did not return my brochure and neither you nor I were able to take advantage of what they offered in their brochure. More
