Their people lack information about the promotions they send today, I was an hour before they opened to be one of the first customers, however when it was my turn I told them that I forgot my brochure at h send today, I was an hour before they opened to be one of the first customers, however when it was my turn I told them that I forgot my brochure at home to change my oil and filter for 34.95 and They told me that I had to bring my brochure since this service was for 88.00 dlls. They made me go home again and bring them the brochure so that they could do this service for me. I had to go back and get wet and wet my unit inside since the weather was rainy. I really lost a lot of time and the weather conditions make me see that it is a terrible service that has been given to me on this occasion. I apologize for being so sincere with my comment but I am a disabled person and it is more difficult for me to do all this and alone due to lack of information and judgment on their part. In the end they did not return my brochure and neither you nor I were able to take advantage of what they offered in their brochure. More
