If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a pre-owned certified car. I had to leave car because they were going to change the tires. Car was going to be ready in one week. I go pick up the car after the week and immediately notice the windshield has a chip. I had just gotten back from a cruise and honestly just wanted to go home so left. I texted my salesman, took him a day or so to finally give me an answer. His answer was that the chip was there and they took that into consideration when selling the car. I would’ve noticed it immediately when I test drove it before I bought it. Hard to miss. I responded to the salesperson and told him I wanted proof that the damage was there before if not I expected them to replace. He never responded. I finally went to pick up my license plates and spoke to Sales Manager and Director. Director showed me a form that I signed saying they owed me nothing more, but as far as I understood when I signed that, it referenced the car as the day I purchased it (which didn’t have the chip). He then proceeded to tell me that when a car is left with them or anyone else for that matter, they are not responsible for damages. Well I may have signed the contract and the car was never in my possession because they were changing tires. I will never return there and I have 3 Nissan cars and have purchased more over the years.
