Where do I start. I called Clear Lake Nissan inquiring about a vehicle and spoke with the General sales manager Patrick Uhlig. We agreed upon a price on a vehicle he s I called Clear Lake Nissan inquiring about a vehicle and spoke with the General sales manager Patrick Uhlig. We agreed upon a price on a vehicle he stated that was on his lot but to hold it he wanted me to text him the front and back of my credit card along with my license. I felt that was totally improper and would be in the next day in person. He warned me that the car could be sold that evening but I would take the chance considering the danger he wanted to put me in. Not surprising the car was sold and I had no problem with that. We agreed on a price for a vehicle that was in transit from the factory in about 2 weeks since they had nothing on the lot. I gave them a check as a deposit for the vehicle so that I could pay for it when it came in. The car came in 10 days later and I told them that I would have to pick it up 4 days later since I had no one to give me a ride to get it (live 60 miles away). I get a call 2 days later from Cade Martin (sales) OOPS WE SOLD YOUR CAR. I spoke with Patrick and he stated it was a miscommunication but he had more coming in 2 weeks. I asked why couldn’t you lock up the keys or place a sold sign on it and he said that he already Apologized. I can see now why they have an F rating with the BBB. Never experienced people with NO BUSINESS ETHICS and UNSCRUPULOUS. Oh yeah it’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting to receive my deposit check back. More
I had no expectations going to this dealership, but was hoping for the best. I experience an Amazing time, from entering the door. My salesman was awesome.
