I bought a vehicle there three days ago and have nothing but issues with the vehicle. I brought it to sales manager to try and have the vehicle repaired. The general sales manager Chad Frank was very rude. He came out didn’t introduce himself. He came out after we had been there over 2 hours. We were in the process of negotiating a cash deal. Someone else came in after us, and they sold the car while we were in the process of buying it. He was awful. He was very shrewd and cold hearted. A very terrible attitude. The experience was awful and very disappointing. We will never come back there or recommend anyone else again. It’s so sad my granddaughter had to go through this while her mom, her grandad, and myself her grandmother went through this awful experience. We have never experienced anything like this before.
