As a 1st time buyer I didnt feel this was the place for me to purchase.my vehicle. I met with a gentleman by the name of Devin which I felt didnt take me serious as a buyer. Once i got there they made me s me to purchase.my vehicle. I met with a gentleman by the name of Devin which I felt didnt take me serious as a buyer. Once i got there they made me sit and wait. I asked him what was taking so long he then said they was waiting on someone else. I asked could I walk to lot to see what vehicles they had. He then told me none of the vehicles have pricing on them. After sitting there for about 20 minutes he then went and got someone else to assist me. By that time I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave. They took my vehicle to be apprised which was never apprised. To me the gentleman Devin was not knowledgeable at all. I was able to take my business elsewhere and was able to purchase a 2020 Nissan Altima. What I wanted. The guy called me today. I told him I didnt like the way I was treated and I had already purchased my vehicle. This guy texted me and told me I should've brought my God mother with me to know how to do business. I immediately spoke with his Supervisor due to him being disrespectful. Don't ever do business with the guy name Devin @ Clean Lake Nissan More

Drove 35 miles after getting a quote on a Titan Truck on Friday 4-30-21. I specifically asked was that the price before tax ,title and license. I was told yes it was. I drove out there on Saturday 5-1-20 Friday 4-30-21. I specifically asked was that the price before tax ,title and license. I was told yes it was. I drove out there on Saturday 5-1-2021 and met with sales person (Aaron who was a great young man.) Test drove the vehicle and Aaron went to his manager Cody and came back with a number 4000.00 higher on the used Titan. I was told the Addendum had not been added. In other words bait you in and switch you to the higher price. Absolutely horrible business practice and horrible customer service. More
