STAY AWAY!!!! Worse experience in my 40+ years of car shopping. I turned over my keys so they could inspect my vehicle for a possible trade and I practically had to threaten them to get my keys back. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this dealership. Went in and we're pushed to see a car we specifically said we are not interested in. Wanted to test drive the BMW 5 series and was told "it's not available to driv pushed to see a car we specifically said we are not interested in. Walked out with no purchase. We spent most of the time sitting. I specifically asked to test drive the BMW but I was never even given an update on it. Kept being shown older cars I did not want. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere. For those looking to buy go to any other dealership but this one. More

I've never had a more outrageous experience in my life. I come there not even a week ago and fill out a application for a 2020 Sentra SV we get approved Mr. Brian Jordan says but we need 2000 down. So we co come there not even a week ago and fill out a application for a 2020 Sentra SV we get approved Mr. Brian Jordan says but we need 2000 down. So we come back today with the money he said we needed for the down payment. After sitting there for about 2 hours he's comes up to us and ask us if I liked lighter or darker cars? But doesn't tell us why and then runs off again. Me and my husband look at each other confused. Why would he ask this as he already knows the car we want. Then the next time Mr.Jordan comes around my husband asked why did you ask us about the color of the car and Mr.Jordan proceeds to tell him "I'm trying the get you into a NEW SENTRA Mr. Snyder." BOLD FACE LIED TO US LIKE WE WERE IDIOTS! As he is carrying around the keys to the 2017 Altama.Then about 30 to 45 minutes later he comes back to us and says come outside let's walk and talk. And we go outside and he brings us to a car that we never asked for and definitely do not want with scratches that were covered up the with wrong color paint we NEVER ASKED FOR THIS. I sold some of my personal items to get this money for the down payment only to be insulted with that!! He never said once that we never got approved for the 2020 Sentra that we wanted he said everything was good to go. I have never felt more lied to or insulted EVER in my life. I got my husband to take time off from work to come sign paperwork for a car that Mr. Jordan knew I was never going to get and proceeded to tell me this Altama is way better then the one you wanted (IF A USED ALTAMA WAS WHAT I WANTED THATS WHAT I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN) at that moment I walked away with tears in my eyes and felt like a idiot for trusting this person and wasting my husbands time. More
