I have had my car in 3-4 times to get seat fixed, drivers mirror fixed, and they are all still a mess. I have two new items pop up (gas cap cover, radio volume control), waiting on parts to arrive after i was told my radio parts were in. Your parts department does not answer the phone, does not return calls. The only "help I have received" is by Stephanie, she has tried to get the parts department to get in the parts so I can bring in my car.
