GHOSTED! After denial of potentially fatal negligence encountered. Around 110 miles after front and rear brake jobs completed while driving on I 75, the ste After denial of potentially fatal negligence encountered. Around 110 miles after front and rear brake jobs completed while driving on I 75, the steering wheel and car started shaking violently. Thankfully, up ahead 20 miles was an accident and speeds were slowed to zero to 20 mph. During that slow down drive a call to Clearwater Toyota Service Department requesting the manager landed us at Cameron’s desk. Cameron declared that none of the $2,100 worth of work performed the day before could cause the violent shaking. I called into question the tires were removed for the brake repair. We continued driving at 10- 20 mph where the shaking continued but not as violently until the next exit was reached. The roadside service found the problem immediately. After jacking up the truck, the front passenger tire was so loose it had 2-3 inches of play in it. (video taken). Thankfully, the Lord and the locking lug nut seemed to save our lives and the lives of others driving around us. The other 3 tires were also found to be loose. Calls to our service advisor Carlos, Cameron and the service manager have been ghosted since the incident 7 days ago. More

I recently visited the Clearwater Toyota Service department for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience left much to be desired. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes for serv department for an oil change and tire rotation, and the experience left much to be desired. I was quoted 1 hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes for service. While waiting for my vehicle after 2 hours, I was given no updates via text or did anyone call or come to me while waiting to inform me of any delays. Furthermore, no text updates were provided during my service as outlined. The lack of communication was frustrating. To make matters worse, after acknowledging their delays, they offered a small discount on the service, but this doesn't address or fix the core issue: their poor communication and unprofessionalism. The discount was not for an adequate fix for the inconvenience caused, and their approach to customer services clearly needs improvement. I expect more from a dealership, especially when it come to keeping customer informed and providing a professional experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I won't be returning. More
