Update: today is 12/18/25 and it's been a month since the purchase date and I am still waiting on the rear view mirror repair that was promised at the time of purchase. I recently purchased a 2020 Camry purchase date and I am still waiting on the rear view mirror repair that was promised at the time of purchase. I recently purchased a 2020 Camry from Pat and the driver's side mirror had damage. I was provided a "we owe" and I have reached out by phone, text and online inquiry and no one has gotten back with me. More

I will never visit or purchase a car from Clement Supercenter. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. Beginning Thursday, September 4th, I requested a test drive reservation for an elect Supercenter. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. Beginning Thursday, September 4th, I requested a test drive reservation for an electric vehicle for the next day, Friday, September 5th and 2:30PM. I was told via text that the car was in service and they would work to have it ready, and text me a few hours before hand to ensure it was ready for me when I showed up. At 9:49 AM Friday I received a text that the vehicle was ready. I got pre-approved for financing that day, ready to purchase, and drove 1 hour, and arrived at 1:47PM. After talking to Eric, the salesman, he mentioned that the car was over at the service building and we'd need to go over there and get it, but I could test drive it back, and if I liked it we could talk numbers. Eric drove me over in a "New" Sonata that had a bad wheel balance and nearly shook my teeth out of my mouth. After a 20 minute drive over to the service building, I waited for 20 minutes only to be told that the car wasn't ready. So we drove back to the dealership 20 minutes, shaking the whole way back. Upon returning to the dealership I spoke to the sales manager about my experience. He said that by mentioning the car was ready just meant it was ready for sale, and by no means indicated it was ready for a test drive, contrary to what my reserved time was for. He then continued to tell me that I could go back and test drive it, as it was ready now (about 30 minutes after we left the service building) I mentioned to him that I did not have time now to drive back 20 minutes, and test drive, as I needed to be home by 5PM and had an hour drive home. They had already wasted my time after saying it was ready, when it was not. I asked him if I could take it for an extended test drive and return the next day, upon which I was told that it only had 20 miles of range available. This amount of range wouldn't be enough to get it out of the parking lot, obviously not enough for me to drive the 20 minutes back (which was now likely 30-40 minutes with reush hour traffic) The sales manager had a terrible attitude, and so I told him to give me my keys and that I was leaving. I later recieved another call from another sales manger begging for my business, stating that would have a saleman drive the car to me on Monday so that I could test drive at my house. I made mention that the sales manager I spoke to at the dealership didn't introduce himself, so I couldn't give his name, but he was very arrogant and belittling to me. The sales manager said "I know which sales manager it was, he can be that way". This isn't a good quality to have of your sales managers, and speaks badly on the dealership. He said he would call me back Monday, Sepember 8th to ensure that I was willing and able to test drive, yet as of Wednesday, September 10th I have not received another call. I went to Lou Fusz immediately after, drove the same style car, and by Saturday at 5PM, after only 1 hour spent inside the dealership in total was driving home in a brand new car. More
We stopped to look at a specific car we saw online. He told us he could get the car there later that day or the next day and he’d notify us when it arrived. We never heard back. We felt as if our business wasn’t wanted. We purchased a car the next day at a different dealer where everyone was extremely helpful! More
Nice vehicle, nice people. Had wo wait a week for the car to "be ready". It wasn't per our agreement. Zero service, inspections were outdated so we still cannot get it license Had wo wait a week for the car to "be ready". It wasn't per our agreement. Zero service, inspections were outdated so we still cannot get it licensed. Made appt to get inspections updated at Clement. Scheduled at 2PM, sat for 45 min. Finally spoke w/ Blake who said "sorry, someone was out...etc, we will have to reschedule" Why did they not communicate this while we were on site? Yes, spouse used the "f" word once and Blake threw our key at him. I called St. Chas to speak to general mgr. No return call. . Dealers of used vehicles in MO are required to provide correct inspections and paperwork for licensing. We will pay for the inspections ourselves and bill Clement (ridiculous). It's time for the Missouri AG to be informed. Don't aggravate yourselves. More

Special thanks to the general manager, Scott, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.
