Only issue with this visit was my radiator repair was not completed correctly due to everything not being tightened or connected correctly and I drove off and had my car overheat miles from home. I had to wait 4 hours for a tow in freezing weather. Steve was very friendly and professional in having the repair redone/corrected. Reminder to staff to use check list when returning equipment back to original locations/positions. That could have been an extremely costly error, had I not known to pull over safely ASAP. More

When I arrived early for my appointment at 9:30am, I was immediately met by staff and answered a few questions, and my vehicle was taken to have my oil change done. After 2 hours of waiting, I approached th immediately met by staff and answered a few questions, and my vehicle was taken to have my oil change done. After 2 hours of waiting, I approached the service center and inquired about my vehicle, and was told is was ready. This is the second time that I had to wait for an extended amount of time, and I had to approach the service center about my car. I wasn’t given update about my car both times I had to go to the service center! Needless to say, after my third oil change here, i will be going elsewhere for this service! Very poor communication and time consuming was just too much. More

The customer service that I was provided was more focused on the sale of a product and not the customer need. The sale of tires were pushed and was entered as if to purchase without the commitment of yhe pu on the sale of a product and not the customer need. With the completion of the service that I was provided, the sale person stated for me to find my own car on the lot because there was a shortage of porters that day. The Service Department did an outstanding job getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee completed. I had a scheduling complication and was not going to be able to pick my vehicle up at the original time that I had set Jeep Grand Cherokee completed. I had a scheduling complication and was not going to be able to pick my vehicle up at the original time that I had set the appointment for, so I was going to re-schedule. When I called to do just that, their service representative actually listened to my reason and worked it out so that I could keep the original appointment and just move my pickup time two hours earlier.
