Airbag recall Airbag light came on after being replaced,went immediately back to service dept. They told me i would be charged for them to check why the light wa on Airbag light came on after being replaced,went immediately back to service dept. They told me i would be charged for them to check why the light wa on. Recall for airbag/Airbag light after service for airbag ?? After several calls to complain they had me bring my car back,only to dicover something was left unplugged on my first visit.It took a week for them to realize their mistake and offered no apology for they way this was handled. I love my car but hate the service at this dealer. More
Horrible management and non knowledgable service department I spent 23000 dollars on a 2008 Dodge Challenger srt8 at marty cancilla 4 months ago within the first 4 months of owning the car I had to have the pus I spent 23000 dollars on a 2008 Dodge Challenger srt8 at marty cancilla 4 months ago within the first 4 months of owning the car I had to have the push button start replaced, front airbags which were a recall, today they refused to replace my brakes that are shot and in 4 months the brakes should not be shot........ gave me every excuse in the book not to help pay for the 650 dollar hit it's gonna cost to get new slotted rotors and pads put on?????? Seriously that's customer service?????? They aren't here to make the customer happy, o ya and did I mention 2 months ago when it was u see warranty still I took it to hem for the brakes and they cleaned them and said they were fine hahaa that's a joke and so is marty cancilla horrible place to go More

Our New Purchase We mainly came in just to check out the new Pacifica. Mary Hamel met us as we drove up and did a fantastic job of showing us the new van. After lett We mainly came in just to check out the new Pacifica. Mary Hamel met us as we drove up and did a fantastic job of showing us the new van. After letting us know what the available options were on the Pacifica on the sales floor. We asked to see one a bit less loaded. Mary listened to us and came back with a Pacifica that was as right as it could be. Finally. we more or less decided to buy the Pacifica she had brought forward from inventory. Mary did an excellent job of showing us the vans and she was amiable and did not apply any sales pressure. Our experiences with Jordan Slayback and Dan Sullivan were equally pressure free. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Marty Cancilla and if necessary we will come back again. 5 stars for everyone. To YKW,, you can keep the bowling pin key chain, with our blessings. I called Lavelle on THURSDAY and was sitting with Dan FRIDAY signing my papers and This was one of the BEST experiences I've had with a car lot EVER!! I called Lavelle on THURSDAY and was sitting with Dan FRIDAY signing my papers and receiving my TRUCK!! Fast respectful, knowledgeable, understandable and FUN. I will recommend these guys wherever I go. I was without a car for 2 months because WEBER CHEV gave me the run around. I appreciate them putting the myth to rest that you're at car lots allday and night, because I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys. If you need a car go see them. My truck was cleaned gased up and ready for me......Lavell is amazing, friendly, funny and very encouraging. Dan was so great with the paperwork, kept me smiling.
