After I hit the road found 4 tire pressure were uneven, none of them match each other. Dropped the truck at 10:30, done almost 4pm; moved to IL side in 2021, took me more than an hour to come here, sinc none of them match each other. Dropped the truck at 10:30, done almost 4pm; moved to IL side in 2021, took me more than an hour to come here, since I trust this place and always service my truck here, so don’t mind the long commute, just hanging around and shopping around till it’s done, ususally 2-3hours; when I text the technician, was told” It was handed out to a technician a little bit ago, it was scheduled as a drop off appointment, meaning we have until end of day at 5:00pm to finish it. I will send you a text as soon as it is complete.” Like I was new to here, not knowing the rules. Also scheduled a test drive at 10:30 while doing service, cause the salesman was very passionate calling me every other day, offering 50.00 Amazon gift as long as I show up for the test drive; after done driving around 11Am, was told it was a mistake, no such thing as “ Amazon gift card”. What an interesting day! More

I’ve been without a car Title since 1/12/26, and it’s now 4/17-26. I’ve misled & lied to since day one at Clement. They are NOT transparent & they talk slick: A Financier tried to RUSH me when I was signing 4/17-26. I’ve misled & lied to since day one at Clement. They are NOT transparent & they talk slick: A Financier tried to RUSH me when I was signing for my car. I told him that my home address was INCORRECT, and told me, “ that’s ok, we’ll fix it later.” Needless to say, I DID NOT SIGN anything until he showed me the correct address on said document. Guess what? They CLAIM to have mailed my Title to the incorrect address!! 3 times!!! The integrity is null & void in that place More

We had a great experience with Clement from start to finish. They were very patient with me as I was very indecisive. Unlike a lot of other dealerships, they were not too pushy just to make a sale. Arturo and team has been a pleasure to deal with and so efficient. Arturo is very knowledgeable and kind. I AM SOOOO SICK OF MARTY CANCILA!!!! I have a Jeep Renegade 2018, there has been a recall for this car and we have been back and fourth with the services team at least 2/3 times since April 2021. I ha Renegade 2018, there has been a recall for this car and we have been back and fourth with the services team at least 2/3 times since April 2021. I have had nothing but issues with the Service Team as every time they get the car they say things are fixed but yet I have to take the car back. The service rep CARLY horrible attitude, explained to her several times that the car has a loud hissing and motor is very loud. They also forgot to connect some things with the exhaust after recall and said that we didn't know what we are talking about. Im stuck in this lease for a car I did not want and was told I had to get by the sales rep Cortez with a high very high interest rate. I was told that I could trade in the vehicle after 6months/1y to lower the rate NEVER HAPPENED. When I did try to trade the car in now no one is willing to pick up the loan and I can't do what I was promised I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS TEAM OR LETTING THE SERVICE TEAM WORK ON ANY CARS AS THEY ARE GOOD AT CALLING YOU A LIAR AND NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. I WISH I HAD "NEVER" WENT DOWN THIS ROUTE AND NO ONE IS EVER WILLING TO HELP. FAIR WARNING, READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING, I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF!
