I told him that my home address was INCORRECT, and told me, “ that’s ok, we’ll fix it later.” Needless to say, I DID NOT SIGN anything until he showed me the correct address on said document. Guess what? They CLAIM to have mailed my Title to the incorrect address!! 3 times!!! The integrity is null & void in that place More

I AM SOOOO SICK OF MARTY CANCILA!!!! I have a Jeep Renegade 2018, there has been a recall for this car and we have been back and fourth with the services team at least 2/3 times since April 2021. I have had nothing but issues with the Service Team as every time they get the car they say things are fixed but yet I have to take the car back. The service rep CARLY horrible attitude, explained to her several times that the car has a loud hissing and motor is very loud. They also forgot to connect some things with the exhaust after recall and said that we didn't know what we are talking about. Im stuck in this lease for a car I did not want and was told I had to get by the sales rep Cortez with a high very high interest rate. I was told that I could trade in the vehicle after 6months/1y to lower the rate NEVER HAPPENED. When I did try to trade the car in now no one is willing to pick up the loan and I can't do what I was promised I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS TEAM OR LETTING THE SERVICE TEAM WORK ON ANY CARS AS THEY ARE GOOD AT CALLING YOU A LIAR AND NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. I WISH I HAD "NEVER" WENT DOWN THIS ROUTE AND NO ONE IS EVER WILLING TO HELP. FAIR WARNING, READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING, I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Requested information about the vehicle I was interested in, it was in stock, made an appointment with Lamont, he wasn't available that day but had (I think TK) call me to confirm my appointment and he would meet with me. I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately by the owner!!! Tony Ware was assigned to me as the consultant. The financing with Mike Hilfink, went extremely well, also. From the time entering the dealership until I left, the service was awesome! I have never walked in a car dealership to purchase a auto and walkout 2.5 hrs later. The price was less than I thought I would pay for this auto. It was effective, productive and very exciting to purchase our newly owned vehicle from Marty Cancila.
