A great experience I went there looking at a used car. I was promptly greeted and together we looked at the car. Doug was very helpful and not pushy. His main concern was that I was able to get vehicle that I could easily get into since I wear a brace and have some trouble with that. He made some suggestions that were very helpful. I in no way felt pressured about the sale. After I took the car home I noticed ding on the bumper. I was not sure if it would be repaired or not since it was a used car. I called and spoke to Mike who asked if I could bring it right up and they would take care of it while I waited. When it came back Mr Cancila brought the keys to me and walked out with me to make sure I was happy about the repair. My last experience buying a car from another dealer was very stressful and I was shocked that there was any car dealer that cared anything about customer service. Since I have retired my days of buying a new car are over, but, I thing that this dealer has a loyal customer in me even if it is just for used cars.....however, if I ever win the lotery I will head there first to get a new one.
