A couple weeks ago, I had a wonderful buying experience at the Marty Cancila dealership in Florissant, MO. I had previously visited a local dealership near my hometown that was more interested in degrading the brand of car i was currently driving, instead of trying to sell me the car I wanted to buy. Therfore, I instantly walked away and went looking on the internet for a new dealership that put customers first. While doing some research online, I came across my ideal vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited) on the Marty Cancila website. I submitted my request for additional info and within 20mins received a call from the dealership. Jordan Slayback was knowledgeable and spent time focusing on what I wanted, instead of commenting on the features of the car I selected. Following our call, I set up an appointment for a test drive and experienced the best car buying customer service. Jordan had the car waiting for me when I pulled up and I was on a test drive in a matter of a few minutes. I was instantly sold on the vehicle and the Marty Cancila dealership. My son was looking for a Charger and he researched it online and found it at this dealership. When we arrived Dunmont was the sales person that we talked to.
