The service department did an outstanding job with my daughters Patriot. My daughter stated that the SM, Dave, and the lead tech, she couldn’t remember his name accurately diagnose the problem after taki daughters Patriot. Service was horrible my car was towed in on June 26 I was called the next day to ask was I still dropping my vehicle off I told Alycia that it was there came in on June 30 and was told they couldn’t find my called the next day to ask was I still dropping my vehicle off I told Alycia that it was there came in on June 30 and was told they couldn’t find my car keys ask to speak with manager spoke with Melissa she stated my car was checked in on June 26 by Jake and that my keys were on the board in the office I was charged a diagnostic fee on June 30th of $229 and my car wasn’t look at until July 8th no one never called me I called to check on status and was told by Reta that it’s in the system that it was looked at and none called you I stated no she proceeded to inform me of the things listed and the service tech that checked my car in Jake walked in and she turned the call over to him long story short I’ve always did business with Marty’s Cancila and never had an issue like this in the service dept not sure what’s the problem now but the service and lack of communication is horrible you collect my diagnostic fee up front but you have me waiting from June 26 till July 8th to give me a feedback on my car and I had to call to get that then after I call and speak with tech that’s when he send me a text message of my diagnosis horrible… I will never return my to that location again More
I took my vehicle there for A/C work. It’s not cooling properly and this is the 3rd time I’ve had to bring it in for service for the same reason each time. The entire staff is and has always been so very polite. But that Dave, the service manager, is just ONE OF A KIND!!!!! I love how he loves his customers and makes them feel so very important!! I went in with no ac in 100+ degree weather and came home with a car that left me a little icy cold, which was a great feeling! Ted was the best!
