Excellent Customer Service once again I had to take my 2017 Ford Fusion in for service for a balljoint issue at around 74K miles. Without going into much detail I had had multiple issues I had to take my 2017 Ford Fusion in for service for a balljoint issue at around 74K miles. Without going into much detail I had had multiple issues with this Fusion since I purchased it in Jan '17. This was the last straw.. I had been working with Lynn Downey for several months trying to find the right opportunity to get into a new set up wheels and this time around Lynn was working outside of the box and with help from Darnell and Jim Marshall they were able to put me into my new 2019 Ford Ranger which my family is ecstatic with. Thank you to everyone at Marshall Ford for going the extra mile but I really want to thank those who all worked together to take care of me - even with this C-19 stuff going around. More
