So if you read the description on all 3rd party sites, it states that pricing includes a $1000 for trade assist, $1000 for financing through dealer and $1000 for Loyalty. Upon reviewing your purchase of the 2019 Jeep in September of 2022, we found that the water pump issue was addressed and fixed at no charge to you. We understand your frustration regarding the warranty coverage, and we apologize for any confusion caused by the Canadian registration of the vehicle. During the purchase process, you were provided with a CarFax report, which clearly indicated that the vehicle was last owned in Ontario, Canada. Your signature can be found on the document, acknowledging this information. Additionally, the report also listed the originating dealership, the delivery pre-inspection date, and the odometer report. We strive to be transparent and provide all necessary information to our customers. Fast forward 14 months and now this is a problem that the vehicle originated from Canada. The purchased extended warranty did cover the cost of the new transmission.
