I dropped the car off approximately at 9:00 am and received a call before 1:00 pm that they found and fixed the problem and the car was ready for pickup. More

Extremely pleased We brought our 2012 Explorer in for service. It wasn’t starting and we had it at a smaller shop that a friend owns. The smaller shop couldn’t locate the issue and advised us to bring it to the dealer. I was apprehensive at first for fear that costs could be much higher than expected but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The costs were fair. The professionalism, service and fast turnaround time are well worth the extra costs in my opinion. There was a small issue after we picked up our Explorer but it was resolved quickly. More
