Made an appointment today changed at 9:30 on Saturday, April 20 so I drop my car off at 3 o’clock on the appointment was 9:30 AM. The service guy told me that since I was early they should be able to get April 20 so I drop my car off at 3 o’clock on the appointment was 9:30 AM. The service guy told me that since I was early they should be able to get to my car pretty quickly there was six ahead of me. I said OK, I left I had 230. I called the service center back three times then hung up on me twice the third time I talked to the service guy. He said they just now getting up on the rack now getting up on the rack he said since I dropped it off. There was no hurry I said, bull crap I told him just call me when it’s ready and I’ll come pick it up at 3:45. He calls me and tells me the truck is ready and for me to come pick it up 20 minutes away. I called him nine times between 345 and 357. No one would answer the phone, so I drove out there and talk to the gentleman in the sales center and he was real nice. He said he’ll get a hold of the manager to see what they can do to him. He said he wasn’t. I said I have a key to pay until Monday he said no he’s not doing anything and if I try to take the truck, he’s gonna call the police , I said he said not my problem This guy is a real jerk, These people don’t care about their customers They are rude. They’re not helpful and now I have to takeoff work on Monday to go get my truck. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning so I will go back to this place and I will never have a good thing to say about them More

Worst Ford service department I have ever been to. They don’t stand by their word or their work. And on top of it basically call you a liar. Do not go here. You will regret it. Was talked down to like I was an idiot. Clearly they don’t care about repeat costumers. More

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Clement Ford. Prior to that my family and extended family have purchased at least 6 cars from what used to be Marshall Ford over the years. This latest purchase from Clement was for my teenage son. His A/C stopped working 2 weeks after we bought the car. Also, his sync software was not up to date so his Bluetooth connection wasn’t working so we asked them to check that out as well. They fixed the A/C issue which was related to some kind of bad hose. They also ran a software update to get him the latest update. We went to pick the car up and they told us we owed $550+. We were in shock :( 1) with it being such a recent purchase, we had assumed the issues would be covered by Clement. At a Lou Fusz dealership I’ve used in the past I had a similar issue with a past car and they covered it no questions asked 2) they did not make us aware of the bill amount until we came to get the car. I’ve never experienced anything like that 3) we spoke to someone in sales about the situation and they said we were out of luck and they frankly didn’t seem to care about our frustration nor do I think they fully understood the course of events or the facts 4) it makes me question what kind of inspection is done on used cars prior to selling to their customers if we had a car with a bad A/C component and outdated software I put a certain amount of trust in dealerships when I go to them for a car. I no longer have that trust with Clement. My son needed his car back for work so we had no choice but to pay the full amount and leave. More
In general the dealership is catching up to the services provided by Marshall Ford. The first time I attempted to set an oil change there was a misunderstanding of time of service.
