Great people!! We just bought a 2017 Focus. I have worked diligently over two years to work so our credit was better. My Family consist of A Disabled Marine, an We just bought a 2017 Focus. I am the head of the household, i never wanted to be but i am. It was time to get a new car, and I have always loved Ford. cars. When I was single i bought a brand new Festiva and loved it. Now it was time for a new one and it brought me to Marshall Ford. I talked to Mary and she had Darnell Help us with the car. He was a very nice man and no pressure which I liked. He went out of his way to help us anyway he could. And I thank him very much. All the people, and I mean everyone were awesome! I am spreading the word to my friends and have put it on my Facebook page and they loved it. They all are very happy for us, they all know what this family has been through. Owner Inappropriate I brought in my car in for service, had a recall that needed to be taken care of. We've never been to this dealership before but it's close to home. I I brought in my car in for service, had a recall that needed to be taken care of. We've never been to this dealership before but it's close to home. I'm willing to drive 2 hours to buy my car but not for simple service. When my husband pulled the car into the service bay the owner actually came in to confront him about "cutting him off " in traffic. I found it extremely inappropriate. We definitely won't be back here, which is unfortunate because the service team here is wonderful. More
