Dropped off my vehicle to get it painted because it was chipping for the second time. Was told it was a one time deal . The lack of transparency and communication between customer and different departments is very poor . I visited this location with the intention of purchasing a specific vehicle, after viewing it on customer and different departments is very poor . I visited this location with the intention of purchasing a specific vehicle, after viewing it online and communicating with a sales member via email & text on 1/15/22. When I arrived the vehicle was not ready to test drive . No big deal , but we drove 1 1/2 hours and they knew we were coming. The vehicle hadn't been inspected nor did the salesperson know any details regarding the vehicle. I was allowed to drive home with the vehicle however I had to come back for the inspection , new brake light & oil change , eating into the milage warranty. Prior to the inspection I was given an inspection sticker ... I returned for the appointment (1/18/22) at which time the inspection and oil change was done , not the brake light . I returned on 1/28/22 to have the 3rd brake light replaced The following day I opened the hatch seeing that the service department had cracked the plastic attached to the brake light and no one said anything at the time of pick up . I called Monday morning because the location was closed when I noticed the botched job . When I called no one knew what I was talking about . The cashier was very pleasant , helpful and transparent on how to resolve the issue . I was transferred to the service manager who explained that they would never try to cover up something of this nature ... But you did ! Instead of traveling again I sent the service manager a picture via email. I was told that I would receive a call when the part was in . I waited for 8 days , no call , so I called and they did indeed had the part but no contact information was attached so they didn't call me . Thank goodness I was persistent and called . I made the appointment for the following week , still using up my milage warranty. The following day I get a phone call to set up an appointment.... At which time I informed them that I already had an appointment because I called to check on the situation. Finally everything has been resolved , (2/24/22) approximately 420 miles of unnecessary driving. Recently 2/28/22 I refilled the windshield wiper fluid , because the light came on . At which time fluid is running out on the ground ... there is a crack in the reservoir, which would have been noted at the oil change that they did just 2 weeks prior ! If they had the car prepared for sale at the time , much of this could have been avoided. I will never purchase or recommend this establishment! More
