The sales department (and cashier) were very good to work with. No bad things to say about them. As I expressed to the salesman when I made my purchase, the main reason I came to them for my vehicle was ho with. No bad things to say about them. As I expressed to the salesman when I made my purchase, the main reason I came to them for my vehicle was how the service department helped my wife when she had a flat close to their dealership. That apparently has changed. While it took an unusual amount of time to prep my vehicle for pickup after the purchase, that wasn't critical. When I took my vehicle to their alternate site for minimum service on the newly purchased vehicle, the "soonest" they could get me in was 30 days out. I can't recommend a dealership that can't service the vehicles they sale. (Note, I did bring this to the salesman attention and he was going to try to resolve. Didn't hear back, so assume there was no change to the "schedule".) More

One simple text or email would be sufficient, when most likely, a customer would have already been in touch regarding an issue with their vehicle/service. More
