After finding a previously-owned car on Autotrader that I was interested in, I called Clement Hyundai (having never dealt with them before) and was quickly scheduled to look at the car and test drive it. Within an hour I was leaving the lot with the car I had found online less than 24 hours earlier! Our salesperson was good. I know the economy right now is rough, but I doubt that them giving me a complementary full tank of gas is gonna break them. Also, I had a pre approval thru my own bank and they had to add 1k to the price because I wouldn’t use their financing… seems sketchy. If it weren’t for them having the truck I wanted and the reps patience with me dealing with my financial institution, I would not have gone thru with it. On top of all that, my truck came with two fobs. The one they used had a good battery. The one they gave me was almost dead. I asked to exchange it prior to leaving and they said that was already my second set… the one they were using was to be mailed to me with the final paperwork… guess I was misunderstood. More
