Jeff was a sneaky salesman trying anything to get a warranty sale. He had us sign his Ipad about warranty while stating he had to scroll all the way to the bottom before we could sign. He did that immediately before we could read anything and said sign here. I then get home without the warranty information. He only gave page 1 of 8. I had to request the other pages. I then read and find out there is a deductible on the warranty which was not disclosed. Not disclosing material information. I call and tell him to redo the loan without the warranty and he states he cannot. He can only give the credit back to the loan. I know this is not true as I have worked in the finance industry. So now my monthly payments are $40.00 plus dollars more a month and it has been 2 months with no credit to my loan for the warranty. all while paying interest on something I do not have. I have reached out multiple times and have no answer even left message with GM and send direct Message with no response from GM. Guess they got the sale and moved on to the next sucker!! More
