My sales man Matt did a fantastic job I would give him a 5 star rating. Not happy with finance They were supposed to duplicate the coverage I had on my trade in which was extended warranty and warranty fo 5 star rating. They added the extended warranty and gap insurance (which I already had through my insurance) he did not explain the gap insurance. Because I needed the interior warranty it caused my payments to go up to the amount I was not comfortable doing. In addition the manager kept telling me that I would get 42 hundred back on canceling my extended warranty with the other dealership. They kept stressing that! I am only receiving 32 hundred back.
