Well we love the car but the service after the sale not to good I have never received my warranty papers 7 days after I purchased the car a piece of door molding fell off I took it to the service dept they to good I have never received my warranty papers 7 days after I purchased the car a piece of door molding fell off I took it to the service dept they were nice an said they’d fix it but while fixing it he broke a piece off and he said I couldn’t help it it fell inside the door so now it looks like xxxx and I’m going to have to take it to a Ford dealer and it’s probably going to cost me 150.00 because your service guy let the piece fall inside the door.we have a large family 14 drivers I doubt we will be buying anymore cars from your dealership if this is how you do business More
