Amazing is just one word I can use to describe the purchase of my 2021 Hyundai Kona. I worked with Carrie Price and she was a pleasure to do business with. I have been happy with the Wentzville dealer service center for years and have never had an issue with their work quality or my car. I almost gave them a four star for my one concern but didn’t want to center for years and have never had an issue with their work quality or my car. I almost gave them a four star for my one concern but didn’t want to penalize the car service provided. The only issue I had was around Covid precautions. No one in the drop off area wore a mask while interacting with me and driving my car. I don’t expect people to wear them if a customer isn’t around and the company is ok with it. But I didn’t see a mask on anyone I saw except a couple of customers. But I especially expected the person driving my car to the service bays to wear a mask but they didn’t. So I had to disinfect my car as best I could in case the person was a carrier or sick. More

The liquidation sale was a nightmare, never again. But hyundai wentzville made it right. Carrie Price worked very hard to make me happy.
