Buyer beware!! Get a carfax no titles : I purchased a vehicle and was told it was in above average condition and good working condition. I had some issues from the first day so I took it : I purchased a vehicle and was told it was in above average condition and good working condition. I had some issues from the first day so I took it to a dealership thinking it was needing new tires. They repair shop reported the car was severely damaged and wouldn't be covered under warranty since it wasn't factory defects the issues were from damage. The initial estimates are $7500 worth of repairs. I then found out the vehicle was recovered from being stolen the dealership has no title and won't take the vehicle back. There weren't any codes on the dash during the test drive I believe they flashed the codes prior to the test drive since it was running when I arrived. I was not aware that was something that could happen. They made extensive efforts to conceal the condition of the vehicle and are not performing state inspections correctly as well. The spare tire is damaged and not usable along with the tire kit so we can't remove the wheels. The front end has damage from collision and the original key is missing. None of this was disclosed and greatly depreciates the value of the car. There is also concealed body damage and the vehicle was clearly in some sort of accident where there was damage and that was reported to Carfax but not Autocheck. attempted to call and discuss over the phone since I live 2 hours away and they have avoided my phone calls for a week and emails. I drove there today 08/07/2020 and was told I can not return the vehicle even though it was misrepresented greatly. I was told I would need to contact an attorney and then asked to leave the property. I have also contacted the general manager and he said he would call me back and never did and when I call they act like they can't hear me on the phone. I have also contacted their corporate office but this dealership needs to be investigated they have no titles and are not operating in an ethical manner More
VERY ACCOMODATING- GOOD PRICING They kindly squeezed my car in for tire install/alignment. Pricing was very fair in comparison to other shops in area. Carrie a woman originally help me but was busy with another customer so Randy helped us with the car sale. He was very helpful and worked with us so we could get the car that we wanted. I truly dislike trading vehicles. The process is so mundane. However, Chang Pak and the crew, made this a wonderful experience. I don’t remember everyone’s name but Chang made me feel like a VIP. When asking a basic question about the service performed on my vehicle i was given a very pompous and arrogant reponse. This response came from not just one but two employees.
