Some of the things we were told were not true. We bought a demo and the car was on loan so we didn’t see the car the day we purchased it. We asked the mileage on it and was told it couldn’t have mo We bought a demo and the car was on loan so we didn’t see the car the day we purchased it. We asked the mileage on it and was told it couldn’t have more than 3000 miles on it since it was a loaner that was Hyundai’s policy. We got the car the next day had 3600 miles we asked why more miles than we were told and Chang told us that was why we got a good deal on it. At that point we were thinking about not buying it but we took it anyway. When negotiating the deal we told them another dealer was going to give us 2.9% interest rate on the loan Chang told us he couldn’t give us that rate because Hyundai rate was 3.9 and their was nothing he could do bout it. When we walked away he came after us and told us he will give us the 2.9%. Why lie about not be able to negotiate the interest rate. I wasn’t told in order to get my license plates and pay taxes I needed the destination of origin paper so after waiting in line at the dmv for 1 1/2 hours I couldn’t pay the taxes or get the plates. I was told they would call me when the paper was ready no one ever called I had to call them and their 2 day fedex delivery ended up being 6 days. More

Poor service My car was done but still on the rack and The guy working on my car went to lunch And I was left to sit for a hour till he came back. Wasn’t happy that I had a 8:00 appt and car still wasn’t done when I came back at 12:00 and then to sit for another hour? Unacceptable, service has went way downhill since new owner took over the dealership. More
