1st of all the lady that i spoke with making the appointment was very pleasant and that's nice. The service manager that checked us in was also very nice and when the work was completed he had our c appointment was very pleasant and that's nice. The service manager that checked us in was also very nice and when the work was completed he had our car right in front and ready to go for us, another nicety for the Senior Citizens. Overall experience was excellent!!! More
