Mike came and sat with us to discuss all the possibilities to make sure that we got the car that we wanted and even came out after we bought the car and showed me some things on it so that I did not get overwhelmed since it was new technology. MIke made the numbers work so that we got the car we wanted. Mike Ozanic was a great Finance guy and walked you through the paperwork quickly but completely. Was quite frustrated with the entire process. I filled out the online process and was "re-approved" for a specific vehicle. Arrive at the dealership only to discover the car had "been sold" (more on this out the online process and was "re-approved" for a specific vehicle. Arrive at the dealership only to discover the car had "been sold" (more on this later). The entire online pre-approval process is a gimmick to get you in the door. They had not ran my credit, they had no lenders ready to finance the vehicle I was "pre-approved" for. Ended up purchasing a vehicle twice as expensive as I initially intended because, as it was explained to me, this one was one of a few with enough cheddar that the banks would approve the loan (whatever that means). I get a call a month after purchasing to pick up paperwork and the spare fob (which i was initially told they did not have) and amazingly the vehicle i initially went to purchase had magically appeared on their sales lot as if Houdini himself made it appear. More
