The oil change was completed and a comprehensive description of the work completed received. With cold weather and a winter advisory predicted for the upcoming weeks, I requested the tires be rotated and the air pressure checked. Part of the paperwork received at the time of completion was related to the tires. It clearly showed the air pressure in each tire was 35 PSI. Confident I was ready for the upcoming weather, I left the dealership and headed to my next appointment. it was with great dismay that the car computer check showed my tire PSI was 29, the same as when I arrived at the dealership. I contacted Chris who was very apologetic and offered to correct the situation if I could return to the dealership which I could not due to other commitments. Parts of my experience were excellent and others disappointing. My motto - do what you say and say what you do. I was told one thing while something else was or in this case was not done.
