The only issue I have is that I had purchased the Maintenance Contract.when I purchased the car. To my disappointment and surprise I find out that the dealership has changed owners and they don’t honor the contract. There has been no notice that this has taken place. I had a coupon for 10% of the bill, which I didn’t think I needed. I could have also taken it to Suntrup South if I had known, as it is I had to pay the full amount $170.00. More

Our only complaint, as I'm sure with most others, is the amount of time it can take to finalize the process...After he was there a few hours, I came in after work to sign the remaining paperwork, and it was a ton! 3 HOURS later we left...that's too long and there is too much paper. There has to be a better system to condense everything? Maybe not, but it's too much time for anyone. Yet overall the staff was great and friendly and wonderful to work with. Thank you! More
