Warranty refund due to me has been held up for a month I bought an extended warranty from Suntrup and traded in my vehicle and brought in all the proper paperwork for a refund. I met w/Kirk the Finance Ma I bought an extended warranty from Suntrup and traded in my vehicle and brought in all the proper paperwork for a refund. I met w/Kirk the Finance Manager and we completed everything and he told me I would have my refund in a couple weeks. After 3 weeks I called warranty company to check on my refund and they told me the dealership never turned in my paperwork. I called Kirk back and he was going to research this and call me back and a week later I have not heard from him. I then reached out to Randall the sales manager and he has not called me back yet either. I would like the refund that is due to me but they are dragging their feet and not showing good customer service. I have since left several messages for both staff w/no call back. Not a good way to keep customers. More
