Exceeding expectations Several years ago, I didn't have the most pleasant of experiences when shopping of of Suntrup's dealerships. I was hesitant to revisit them, but they Several years ago, I didn't have the most pleasant of experiences when shopping of of Suntrup's dealerships. I was hesitant to revisit them, but they had the right car, at the right price so I went in hoping for the best. I want to reiterate that I HATE the entire car buying experience. Nicole Kirby was the sales and leasing consultant that helped me change my mind about what exceptional service should be. She got me into the exact car I was after, in budget and at a lower price that was advertised. Kirk Moore was the finance adviser who helped me to complete all the paperwork. While I was happy with the financing that I had secured pre-approval. He offered me one more option that did two things. First it was half the interest rate of the pre-qualified offer I had, but it allowed me to add a 60 month bumper to bumper warranty for just a little more. My monthly payment only went up about 6 dollars a month over the life of the loan. That added piece of mind came in shortly after when a problem that was hidden on the vehicle came to light as I was ready to drive it home from the lot. Kirk owned it, provided a loaner car and will make sure that there isn't an any other hidden issues. I look forward to the day I can swing in there again and do business with them. Randall Momphard the manager was very nice, came out and spoke with me abou the car after I had already purchased it, very friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy and everything was alright. Try Suntrup - You will Love them I started using the service department for my 2007 Santa Fe and was very pleased with the service department. When the time came to get a new car, We I started using the service department for my 2007 Santa Fe and was very pleased with the service department. When the time came to get a new car, We decided to get a new Santa Fe Sport because of the reliability and satisfaction of our 2007 Santa Fe. Luckily, my wife and I were helped in our purchase by Nicole, who was intent on fulfilling our needs. She was very helpful and never pressured us into any decisions. The overall staff was super, from Nicole to Randall and Kirk and another young man that helped up setting up the blue-link connections. Absolutely "Earned Our Business" My wife and I came by to look at a used car we saw online. When we got to the car lot the car was not ready to be shown, but my wife saw a car that t My wife and I came by to look at a used car we saw online. When we got to the car lot the car was not ready to be shown, but my wife saw a car that took her breath away. We asked to drive it even though it was a little more than we really wanted to spend at this time. The car was an A+ on the inside as well as the outside. After we drove it we went inside and talked to Chris about it. We were upfront and honest with him and he seemed to appreciate that. After explaining to him where we could go on the car he took our numbers to Randall and after a few minutes they came back and beat our price by ANOTHER $100!!!!!! We were shocked and stunned. Randall and the team was extremely nice about it and even stayed late to finish the deal so that we could bring the car home that evening. We are definitely going back to see Chris and Randall the next time we need a car!!!!!!! We are also telling all our friends to go see then the next time they need a car also!!!!!!!!!!!! More
