On my first visit, my salesperson and the sales manager were more interested in getting to know me and understanding my needs than they were in "selling me a car". There was no pressure and when I left that day without buying a car there were no daily phone calls trying to lure me back in to make a purchase. When I was finally ready to buy, they sold me exactly the car I wanted without trying to "upsell" me. The negotiations were easy, taking maybe all of 5 minutes and they gave me a great deal. I would definitely buy from them again. More

My Purchase I was set on the Hyundai Tucson and had looked weeks online for what I wanted. I found the car and had an appointment with Jack Flowers at 11:00 AM. It was Memorial Day and I arrived at the dealership at 10:00 AM. Right when I walked in, my phone rang at it was Jack confirming our appointment. I told him I was already in the building. He invited me back to his office and then went off to find my vehicle. Once found, I went on a test drive with Breeya and knew I wanted this car. Back at the dealership, the process went very well, I was given exactly what I needed for my trade and I was out the door driving home in my new Hyundai Tucson. It was just a great experience. I will continue to use this dealership for my service as I have for the past four years and any future purchases I make. The new truck already has my interest. More

However, I have learned a lot about Korean manufacturing culture and decided to look at Hyundai. I'm glad I did. And not just because they make a good car, but because I bought from Suntrup Hyundai Wentzville. From sales to financing, everything was explained and then everything was delivered on time, as promised. My salesperson, Breeya, drove 70 miles to my house to help me get to the dealership for my new Tuscon delivery (I didn't have a ride and no trade-in). Awesome experience! More
