Next to going to the dentist, buying a car is typically the last thing on earth that I would want to do. However, my wife needed a car and had been told that she should look at a Hyundai. Suntrup West was the last thing on earth that I would want to do. However, my wife needed a car and had been told that she should look at a Hyundai. Suntrup West was the second Hyundai dealership we had visited. Curtis Maier was the salesman that greeted us. We explained what we were looking for in a car and began the search around the lot. It was apparent that they did not have exactly what we wanted, so Curtis began the search for our vehicle. He found numerous vehicles in the St.Louis and surrounding area, so we went in to see him again. As it turned out, we ended up buying one of the original cars we had looked at, though it was not our original intent. Curtis' knowledge and professionalism and our desire to buy a car, allowed us to reach an agreement and consummate the sale. Jason was extremely helpful in walking us through the paperwork and was thorough in explaining some additional options. They did a wonderful job on talking with us on what they can do. Jason even went over alot of extra programming items that we had no idea how they worked. Salesman Brian was a rather new Hyundai salesman. If he did not know the answer to our questions he found them out. I should have negotiated stronger than I did. The recent purchase of our new car was fantastic! We were very specific on what we wanted and the guys went out of their way to find it for us(several states away). Jason was great at not trying to sell us o very specific on what we wanted and the guys went out of their way to find it for us(several states away). Jason was great at not trying to sell us on things that we didn't really need, but he also made sure to point out some things that we weren't familiar with. The only negative was that it took us several hours to complete the transaction(which is common I've found when buying new cars). The dealership was very comfortable and our young daughter was able to stay entertained while we made the purchase. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
