CHARLIE IS AWESOME! This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought with him and I could not be more pleased! He is always so friendly and patient. I was upside-down on my old car and my warranty had run out. I was looking to see if it was possible to get back to the comfort of a warranty without breaking the bank. Nothing could have prepared me for how well things turned out. I now have a car infinitely nicer than my previous vehicle, practically new, under warranty for the next 9 years and lower payments than on my old car! Jason was also wonderful and worked miracles with my credit/payment situation. My new Sonata is by far the best car I have ever owned and I will be recommending Suntrup Hyundai of Wentzville to all of my friends and family. If you are shopping for a new car... As soon as I arrived at the dealership I realized that this was going to be an enjoyble experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch, Jason allowed me to tell him what I was interested in and at no this was going to be an enjoyble experience. Even going in to finanace there was no hard sell or pushing me into purcahsing additional items or services. This is the way all dealerships should operate. The purchase of my new Hyundai was a pleasure compared to my previous experiences where I spent 4 plus hours of my time to purchase a car. I will come back to Suntrip Hyundai to purchase my next vehicle! More
Jason and Don were excellent. Went in there thinking I had great financing at 3% and they got us a better deal at 1.59 %. They went above and beyond. Went to Dealership looking for a larger SUV saw a Chevy Tahoe in rear and asked about it to a Chris Gray in Sales, He said let me find out about it ,comes out says we have 3700 into it let me get it in for Tahoe in rear and asked about it to a Chris Gray in Sales, He said let me find out about it ,comes out says we have 3700 into it let me get it in for inspection to see if it needs anything ? Calls me later on and says Steve it needs Struts,Tie-Rod Ends, a part for the ABS brakes are you interested I said yes( thinking wow has brand new tires and they are going to rebuild front end ) Says we will give you 2600 for your Explorer balance owed would be 5395.00 I agree, calls about an hour later says Steve they want to get that SUV in the shop to start working on it, says we need a 500.00 Cash deposit before it can come in , I go down sign papers and deposit 500.00 Go by next day SUV not moved , go by next day not moved !Call Dealership Chris Gray not in ,ask for Service Dept. talk with Manager and tell him Im buying the Tahoe and wondering why it hasnt been moved,He says waiting for parts, I say what parts ? He says power steering pump(not discussed) and inner tie rod end, (NOT TIE ROD-ENDS)I say what about the Struts says no Struts Call Chris Gray,say deals off you lied and decieved me he says I never said that ! Which was an out and out LIE !That was what made my decision to purchase !Speak with two Managers both were Rude and Cocky, they both say they spent money to fix SUV to pass inspection and its my fault ! HA , Your Saleman lied to me ! They say he never said that ! Take us to court you will lose we have a contract !Is that their ETHICS CODE ? MORAL CODE ? This dealership not only LIES BUT THEY ALSO BACK-UP THEIR LIES ! Something has to be done about Dealerships that operate in this manner ! And they will not return the 500.00 deposit !
