I originally went to Suntrup Hyundai in South County to look at the new 2012 Elantras, but was not thrilled with the salesmen or the general attitude of the place. It took 15 minutes for someone to even as look at the new 2012 Elantras, but was not thrilled with the salesmen or the general attitude of the place. It took 15 minutes for someone to even ask if i had been helped yet. My cousin then referred me to the Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville, and although the drive from my residence was almost 45 minutes it was totally worth it! I spoke to salesman Curt Maier on the phone earlier that day, and he spoke to me about the Elantra's currently for sale. When arriving there, he was quick to greet me and we together looked over the car and gave many details about it. I had a estimated number in my head of how much i was willing to spend for the car, and after minor deliberation, we had agreed upon purchase. Unfortunately, it was somewhat late in the day and the finance manager had already left, so we could not complete the sale that evening. He still let me take the car home and come back the next day to finalize the sale. Both Curt and Jason, the finance manager, were very helpful in purchasing my first new vehicle and at a great price. I now drive an amazing car that comes from an excellent dealership in customer service and meeting the needs of their customers.
