There could not have POSSIBLY been a better car-buying experience than the one I received at Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville. I'm 22 and I'm new to all the legal "mumbo jumbo" that comes with buying a car. experience than the one I received at Suntrup Hyundai in Wentzville. I'm 22 and I'm new to all the legal "mumbo jumbo" that comes with buying a car. Larry Persons and the rest of the Suntrup Hyundai crew made it a painless experience. Larry was quick to greet my mother and I as soon as we stepped out of our car. I decided to go with a Hyundai Veloster, a brand new model, and these awesome folks at Suntrup Hyundai got the perfect model with the exact color I wanted shipped all the way from Iowa (I believe)! Dedication, I appreciate that! It's everything I asked for, they tracked it down, and got it to me in a matter of a few days. Larry described to me perfectly why not to be afraid of leasing, and why it could be a great option for a young buyer like me. We ended up going with a lease so that was really awesome to see that I did not have to buy if I did not care to. As for Larry himself, what a great guy! Funny, knowledgeable, down to earth, and willing to talk straight with you. I was getting my windows tinted on my new Veloster and Larry gave me a 2010 Accent to drive around while my Veloster was in the shop. Amazing! There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend this dealership to any interested buyer. The people are extremely friendly (have to mention Frida and Jason as well, they were awesome!) and make the car-buying experience as painless and trouble free as possible. Bought a used Hyundai from a different dealership, and thought I could figure out how to connect my phone to the car's Bluetooth so I didn't bother to have them show me. I wish to relay to all who take the time to read up on the dealers in the area, that if you want the experience that you would expect after spending your hard earned money on a vehicle, you need to consid the dealers in the area, that if you want the experience that you would expect after spending your hard earned money on a vehicle, you need to consider this dealership specifically. This is my first Hyundai purchase, and I can tell you that the Service Manager at Suntrup West has truly set the bar for exceptional customer service, and has presented the Hyundai commitment to taking care of their customers in the most memorable way! Due to the sheer convieniance of the dealership being nearby, I did shop them prior to making my purchase, but was not able to find the specific Sonata I wanted and price, but regardless really liked the interaction with the staff. I did find my car and deal at another dealer, but wanted to have the benefit of using SHW, but I was hesitant, as I thought they might frown on my buying elsewhere. Pressed for time due to taking a holiday road trip, I needed to get my first major service interval done, so I bucked up and called them to make an appointment. From the moment I showed up, I was greeted by Don Loness, who I must say is one of the finest servicemen I have ever come to meet. He not only took my car in before the place opened, but when he asked where I bought and I told him, he shared "doesn't matter, I service vehicles and take care of you". I was floored!! He proceeded to take care of me and my service needs as if I had bought my car there! In thinking back to the extent of his great service, I honestly dont think I would have even been treated that well where I bought the car from. In this day and age, good service is in the tank generally speaking, but I will tell you that there are are a few places still around to do it RIGHT, and Don Loness and his team at Suntrup in Wentzville know how to give the old school style of care that makes you feel good about every penny paid for the Hyundai Experience. I love my car, and have seen with my own eyes the difference, having owned both American and foreign vehicles. GO SEE Don and his team if you ever need service, they are totally top shelf!! More

Don has time and time again proven to be an asset to the staff. He is always friendly (even for an early morning oil change), makes sure things are done in a timely manner, and always explains the breakdown staff.
